Commercial Property Manager: Growth & Lease Strategy

UKAEA is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to manage and develop its UK-wide commercial portfolio. You will maximise rental income, attract occupiers and ensure the estate is managed efficiently and in line with legislation and professional standards.

You will lead lease negotiations, oversee valuations, liaise with solicitors and surveyors, and work with finance to monitor rents and rates. Regular on-site presence (3–5 days a week) is required, with flexible working options where possible.
