Support Worker — Paid Training & Growth

National Care Group is recruiting Bank Support Workers for Atlantic Way Care & Support, which provides 24-hour supported living for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and other needs. You will support young adults with complex needs, build relationships and help with daily tasks in a compassionate team.

The role involves personal care, meal preparation, medication support, planning activities, and promoting independence within a supportive environment.
