Community Nurse: Home Care, Growth & Training

Royal Devon is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the community nursing team on a fixed-term basis until 11 April 2027. You will deliver person-centred care in the community, promote self-management, and support patients to manage long-term conditions while aiming to prevent hospital admissions and enable early discharge.
