Shift Manager – Lead Customer Experience in Retail

Greggs in Carlisle is seeking a Shift Manager to join our store leadership team. You will take responsibility for the shop when the Manager isn’t there and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru channels.
