Staines Search Ltd is seeking a Legal Executive (Commercial Contracts & Compliance) to join our London or Kent offices on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting and negotiating a high volume of commercial contracts while supporting compliance and governance activities.

You will work with stakeholders across the business, identify risk, and provide practical recommendations. A Law Degree is essential, with proven experience in commercial contracts and familiarity with JCT/NEC
