Serco is seeking Disability Assessors in Newport, Isle of Wight with hybrid working (home + assessment centre). You will be a qualified nurse, paramedic, OT or physiotherapist applying clinical expertise to PIP and WCA assessments.
Role involves carrying out assessments (telephone, video, and face-to-face in Watford), reviewing medical evidence, and delivering fair, evidence-based decisions. UK post-qualification experience and NMC/HCPC registration are essential.
