Field Service Engineer

Visum Recruitment has the pleasure of representing our client, an Engineering company who are on the lookout for a Field Service Engineer to cover the Midlands & Surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will be based in or around the Midlands and will have sound knowledge of Industrial Steam Systems and work as part of a customer facing team. This is a hands-on role involving planned maintenance & upkeep as well as commissioning & offering technical support.

Field Service Engineer Job Overview

• System commissioning and customer training
• Planned maintenance and emergency repairs
• Technical support and customer consultation
• Monday to Friday with travel and with some overnight stays

Hydraulic Engineer Job Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in:
• Heating/HVAC
• Industrial Electronics
• Mechanical Engineering
• Mechatronics
• Full UK Driving License
• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Hold commercial gas certificates – COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICAE1, ICP1, TPCP1 – Problem solving ability – Knowledge of steam systems preferable (Training can be provided for right candidate)
