Residential Support Worker – Children & Youth Care

Keys Group in Wellington is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join their team. You will work with children and young people aged 8–18 in a residential setting, providing emotional, physical and social support, accompanying them to appointments and activities, and assisting with daily routines.

The role involves 39 hours per week across shifts including long days and sleep-ins. A full UK driving license is essential, and enhanced DBS coverage is provided.
