Residential Care: Children & Youth Support Worker

Inspire’s residential care home in Leek is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist children and young people aged 3–18 with learning disabilities. You’ll help with daily routines, personal care, school prep, meals and activities in a welcoming home environment.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds; no experience required as full training is provided. A manual driving licence is needed, with vehicles provided at the home, and weekend/sleep-in shifts are required.
