Salary: Band 4 £34,806 – £41,340 | Band 3 £30,434–£35,627, dependant on experience

Applications are invited from experiencedSupport Workersto join the well-establishedAdult Learning Disabilities Servicein Guernsey. The service supports adults with learning disabilities and autism across supported living homes, outreach and community settings.
The Role
This role is specifically based within theCommunity Living team, but there are also opportunities, depending on your skills and knowledge to expand your skills and experience in other areas of the service, should you so wish. You’ll encourage independence, deliver person-centred support and help service users live fulfilling lives both at home and in the community. This includes assisting with daily living, promoting skills development, supporting activities, and working closely with a dedicated multi-disciplinary team.
What You’ll Need
To ensure suitability, please only apply if you meet all essential criteria:
- Minimum two years’ experienceas a Support Worker in learning disabilities
- NVQ Level 3(or equivalent) in Adult Health & Social Care
- Existing right to work in the UK/Guernsey– sponsorship cannot be provided
- Full UK driving licence
