Day-to-Day Repairs Planner | Trades Coordination

Derby Homes is seeking a Work Planner – Day to Day to join the Administration team in Derby. The role is a full-time, permanent position based at Derby Homes, 839 London Road, Derby.

You will manage trades during repairs to tenanted properties and coordinate with teams to deliver over 40,000 repairs annually. Candidate should have social housing and/or building maintenance experience, and strong knowledge of building construction and how trades work.
