Student Advice & Advocacy Caseworker

The Students’ Union at Bournemouth University (SUBU) seeks an Advice Service Adviser to provide confidential guidance to Bournemouth University students across academic, housing and financial matters. You will maintain detailed case records in the CRM, help with supporting students through personal circumstances, and work with BU staff to design campaigns and events addressing current student issues.
