Eye Clinic Patient Administrator — Fast-Paced & Supportive

Newmedica in Whiteley is seeking a Patient Administrator to support our NHS ophthalmology service. The role is 30 hours over 5 days per week, including weekends on a rota.

You will handle booking appointments, calls, emails, post and general enquiries in a busy clinic. We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, empathetic and professional, with experience in busy admin, a good command of Office 365, and a friendly telephone manner.
