Location:
Northampton (with travel across the Midlands and occasionally nationwide)
Salary:
Year 1: 27,000 ( 12.98 per hour) Year 2: 28,000 ( 13.46 per hour) Further salary reviews based on training progression
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Overtime:
Paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Holiday:
31 days including bank holidays and paid Christmas shutdown
Essential: Full UK Driving Licence

What Will You Be Doing?
You’ll start by learning how our products are manufactured in our Northampton workshop before progressing into installation work at customer sites.
During Your Training You’ll:
- Learn specialist manufacturing techniques
- Use hand tools and workshop equipment safely
- Develop practical trade skills
- Assist with installations at customer sites
- Travel to a variety of locations across the region
- Deliver high-quality work as part of a skilled team
- Gain valuable industry experience
No two days are the same. One week you could be working in the workshop, the next you could be installing products in schools, hospitals, universities or office buildings.
Training & Career Progression

Your Journey:
- Months 0-6 – Full workshop training
- Learn the products and processes
- Complete probation period
- Months 6-12 – Production work plus one installation day per week
- Begin working on customer sites
- Months 12-18 – Increased installation responsibilities
- Further skill development
- Months 18-24 – Around two installation days per week
- Greater independence and responsibility
Industry Qualifications Included:

- PASMA Certification
