Responsibilities

• Provide Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services under CDM 2015 for client projects
• Oversee design and construction processes and ensure regulatory compliance
• Communicate risks and design decisions to clients and project teams
• Coach and mentor junior team members and collaborate across the business
• Apply innovative solutions and best practices across project lifecycles

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant construction, health and safety, or engineering discipline
• Chartered status preferred
• NEBOSH or similar health and safety qualification preferred

• Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and related legislation
