Retail Customer Advisor – Betting & Service

William Hill PLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Cheltenham to welcome customers, process bets, and assist with queries. You will demonstrate betting terminals, build relationships, and champion safer gambling while supporting shop operations and displays.

The role offers full-time hours across 8am–10pm shifts on a rota, with annual pay reviews, a bonus scheme, 28 days holiday (pro rata), a pension match, and employee discounts. Training and development are provided.
