Customer-Focused Sales & Service Advisor

Anglian is seeking a motivated Sales and Service Advisor to join our Norwich team. This role blends customer service, sales support and quotation management to help customers find repair and maintenance solutions while maximising revenue.

As the first contact for inbound enquiries, you will tailor quotations, identify needs and upsell relevant services. You will build strong relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
