Water Services Customer Experience Agent

Thames Water is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Reading to handle inbound calls, resolve water and wastewater inquiries, and provide clear updates to customers. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and accurate record-keeping, with training provided in a supportive environment.

Hybrid, 36 hours per week, with shifts between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 weekends. Starting salary £25,694 per annum, plus benefits and a structured development program.
