As Professor of Primary Care Health Sciences, you will provide academic leadership to one of the world’s leading primary care research departments, shaping strategy and enabling impactful, interdisciplinary work. You will drive a high-impact program addressing health systems challenges, with emphasis on mental health in primary care and community settings, and build strong partnerships with providers, policymakers and international collaborators. Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership and set strategic direction
- Lead an internationally competitive research programme

Key requirements
- Internationally recognized academic leader with a track record of impactful research
- Substantial success in securing competitive research funding
- Experience leading ambitious interdisciplinary research programmes
- Medically qualified and eligible to practise as a GP or NHS Consultant in the UK (or willing to obtain UK registration)
- Members or Fellows of the relevant Royal College (or equivalent)
