On-the-Floor Assistant Manager – Warm Hospitality Lead

Fego Operations Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead with warmth on the restaurant floor, supporting the General Manager and ensuring guests feel genuinely looked after.

You’ll be hands-on, present and calm under pressure, coaching the team, managing service flow and upholding high standards across food, drinks and environment.
