Graduate Teaching Assistant — Path to Primary Teaching

Milk Education is partnering with a welcoming Newcastle primary school to recruit a Graduate Teaching Assistant for a full-time role starting September 2026. This opportunity offers hands-on classroom experience ahead of teacher training, including pathways such as a PGCE or SCITT.

You will work alongside experienced teachers to support pupils across the primary age range, delivering activities and building confidence and resilience in learners.
