Income & Reconciliation Specialist

North Devon Homes is seeking an organised Income Coordinator to join our Finance Team in Barnstaple. You will help ensure income data is processed accurately and on time, supporting financial reporting and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

Responsibilities include processing rent, service charge and sundry income, administering Direct Debits and BACS, posting Housing Benefit payments, and monthly reconciliations between housing and finance systems.
