AJ Bell is seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead a Product Development team spanning several agile feature teams. You will define ownership, set standards for requirements and readiness, and ensure clarity across customer, business, technical and regulatory priorities.
You’ll translate strategy into deliverable outcomes, collaborate with UX and Technology on APIs and architecture, and coach product owners to drive decisive progress in a regulated, fast-moving environment.
