  • Working collaboratively across teams to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes.
  • Contributing to performance targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Has experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally within a Contact Centre or service-based setting.
  • Demonstrates genuine empathy and compassion when supporting customers.
  • Stays calm, organised, and professional when working under pressure.
  • Can confidently manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Enjoys problem-solving and finding positive solutions for customers.
  • Is motivated to learn, grow, and develop their career in customer service.
  • Thrives as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
