Factory Operations Director

Shillito Group are recruiting for a Factory Manager in Sheffield to lead a fast-paced manufacturing operation with full accountability for production, people, quality, cost, maintenance, stock and continuous improvement.

The role requires a strong character, hands-on leadership and the ability to challenge performance, set clear expectations, and drive improvements across the factory while managing the budget and P&L and focusing on labour efficiency, scrap and downtime.
