Public Law & Human Rights Solicitor – Court of Protection

Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Solicitor for the Public Law & Human Rights team in Bristol to handle Court of Protection Health & Welfare matters. You will manage a dedicated caseload and work on sensitive cases with experienced specialists across the national team.

The role requires NQ-4 PQE and experience in Court of Protection Health & Welfare, with a solid understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and deprivation of liberty issues. Strong advocacy and communication skills are essential.
