SO Resi, Beeston, Nottingham, is seeking a Sales Customer Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working, with a salary of £29,025 – £30,553 per annum.

As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you will handle enquiries across telephone, email, webchat and social media, guiding them through the home-buying journey while maintaining accurate records and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
