Consolidation and Reporting Specialist

Overview

In this role you will lead the global consolidation process and strengthen Sportradar’s financial reporting framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting for a publicly-listed company and support regulatory disclosures. You will shape consolidation policies, drive automation, and oversee master data governance to improve efficiency and data integrity. Your work directly impacts external reporting and internal controls, enabling reliable financial statements. This is a high-impact opportunity at a technology-driven leader in sports.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consolidation procedures across multiple entities, including system interfaces, FX inputs, intercompany eliminations, and interentity rules
• Prepare topside consolidation journal entries with robust supporting documentation
• Develop and enhance consolidated financial reports and analytics for internal and external stakeholders
• Own FICO master data maintenance (GL presentation mapping, cost centers, segments, regions) and ensure governance
• Provide guidance on consistent FICO master data usage across ERP and consolidation systems
• Support 20-F footnote disclosure preparation and related controls
• Maintain SOX-compliant financial close and consolidation controls and change management
• Lead consolidation and FICO data workstreams for mergers and acquisitions
• Troubleshoot system issues with IT and external vendors
• Support internal and external audit processes with clear documentation
• Champion best practices and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Contribute to controls documentation, memos, and policy updates

Key requirements

• 3–5+ years in accounting with strong consolidation and financial reporting background
• CPA or equivalent certification
• GAAP and/or IFRS knowledge; experience with US-listed company financial reporting
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; OneStream and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable
• Strong internal controls, audit, and SOX experience
• Excellent written and spoken English
