Overview
In this role you will deliver high-quality primary care across a network of eight Bristol sites, balancing routine surgery, consulting and occasional sole-charge work. You’ll work with a supportive clinical team focused on patient and client care, continuous development, and cross-site collaboration. You’ll handle inpatient care and urgent cases, contributing to a culture of care, learning, and clinical excellence. This is a growth-oriented opportunity with mentorship and dedicated development resources.

Responsibilities
- Provide routine medical and surgical care, including routine surgeries
- Manage consultations and urgent/emergency appointments
- Cover inpatient/ward duties and investigations as needed
- Work across multiple sites, collaborating with different teams
- Support ongoing development of peers and share knowledge
- Deliver high standards of patient and client care and contribute to clinical culture
Key requirements
- Veterinary degree and RCVS registration or eligibility
- Experience in clinical practice with growing confidence in routine medical and surgical cases
- Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues
