Strategic Domiciliary Care Branch Manager

Alina Homecare in Wimbledon seeks a Registered Manager to lead a new domiciliary service. You will be fully accountable for service quality, regulatory compliance and the branch’s performance.

The role reports to the Operations Manager, with full P&L responsibility, governance, policy development and safeguarding oversight. Full-time hours, typical Mon–Fri with some evenings and weekends, on-call as needed; generous training and a clear career path.
