Residential Support Worker — Empower Young People

Cambian Dilston College is recruiting Residential Support Workers to deliver a model of positive behaviour support and empower young people aged 16–25 with learning difficulties and complex needs. You will help residents learn life skills, remain flexible with rotas, and benefit from ongoing mentoring and a strong training program.
