We're looking for an organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high growth business. If you've worked in high-volume recruitment, agency resourcing, hospitality, retail or logistics, you'll thrive in this role.

Working as part of a small but experienced Talent Acquisition team, you'll support recruitment across multiple sales and commercial roles, owning the coordination process from application through to offer stage.

What you'll do
n
Screen CVs and manage multiple recruitment pipelines
n
Conduct first-stage telephone interviews
n
Source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
n
Coordinate interviews and assessment centres
n
Keep the ATS accurate and up to date
n
Support offer management and onboarding
n
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
n
What you'll bring
n
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment or coordination role with a positive attitude, good organisation and a real team focus.

This role requires someone onsite in West London 5 days a week.
