Overview
In this Consultant role, you will drive successful CRM and Events Management implementations for life sciences clients using the Vault platform. You’ll lead and contribute across project roles, from configuration to solution design, while engaging with global clients to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and grow your expertise through platform certifications. This role offers meaningful impact by accelerating access to therapies and shaping scalable, compliant customer journeys.

Responsibilities
- Participate in one or more Veeva product implementations or migrations, taking ownership of the assigned role
- Configure and customize Veeva CRM and Vault solutions to meet client needs
- Lead client engagements, including workshops, UAT, and training
- Provide advisory support to optimize and harmonize clients’ business processes
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver globally scalable solutions
- Invest in professional development and pursue platform certifications
- Contribute proactively to internal initiatives and projects
Key requirements
- 3+ years of consulting experience in Life Sciences or adjacent industry
- 3+ years of hands-on SaaS implementation experience in relevant roles
- Proven ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships
- Strong presentation skills
- Willingness to travel ~20%
- Fluent in English and one of French, German, Spanish, or Italian
