Overview
As Electronics Engineer, you drive the development of electronic products from concept to production for Traka and KEYper brands within a collaborative, innovation-led team. You will work across electronics design, PCB layout, and embedded firmware to deliver robust solutions, supporting hardware and production tooling. You’ll contribute ideas to product innovation and maintain existing firmware/hardware. This hybrid role offers tangible impact in a global access-solutions context.

Responsibilities
- Develop electronic products from requirements to handover to manufacturing, including prototyping phase.
- Create and maintain embedded firmware in C and support tools/fixtures for production.
- Design and document schematics, BOMs, and test procedures; provide hardware support.
- Conduct PCB design activities from library creation to manufacturing file generation.
- Support and enhance existing firmware/hardware and assist testing across interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and improvements.
Key requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Electronics/Embedded role with products from concept to production.
- Strong design skills across microcontrollers, analog/digital circuits, and power supplies; able to source components.
- Proficient in full PCB design process (schematics, layout, manufacturing files).
- Firmware development in C with debugging; hands-on lab equipment experience (oscilloscopes, bench PSUs, multimeters).
- Solid prototyping abilities; strong documentation and writing skills.
- Knowledge of communication interfaces: CAN, RS232, RS485, SPI, I2C, USB, Ethernet.
