In this role, you handle a varied private client caseload within a respected, Legal 500-ranked team. You work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and tax matters, while supporting growth through client development. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters (wills, probate, estate administration, LPAs, trusts, tax)
- Deliver high-quality, often complex, private client work
- Build and develop client relationships through networking and business development
- Support junior team members with training and development
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of the team
Key requirements
- 4+ years’ PQE in private client work
- Strong knowledge across wills, probate, LPAs, trusts and tax
- Excellent client care skills and empathy in handling sensitive matters
- Proactive approach to business development
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues
- STEP membership or interest in pursuing it (advantageous)
