Bench General Manager: Lead Store Ops & Grow Your Team

Five Guys is seeking a Bench General Manager to lead a busy store within the district, stepping in to support the current GM and potentially other stores. You’ll be accountable for daily operations, coaching teams, driving profitability, and delivering outstanding customer service while upholding the Five Guys brand standards.

You’ll own the store P&L, optimize costs, and manage staffing and events to maximise sales opportunities.
