Splendid Hospitality Group’s care home is seeking a Home Administrator who will be the hub of the home, coordinating administrative systems and payroll/HR information to support the Registered Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day running. You’ll work in a close-knit team to keep residents safe, comfortable and cared for, creating moments of joy and connection.
You’ll maintain financial records, prepare reports, and manage Time & Attendance, with a resident-centered approach.
