Campus Security Team Lead

Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join the Campus Support Team within Campus Services. You will lead on shift, coach colleagues, and ensure a high standard of service across a busy, fast-moving environment.

A full UK driving licence with up to 3 penalty points is essential. You will support the supervisor, address performance issues, and help deliver LJMU’s strategy in a role that blends leadership with customer-focused security.
