Regional Procurement Buyer – Strategy & Cost Savings

Construction Resources is seeking an experienced Buyer to join the Supply Chain team across the North West. This role covers procurement of construction materials, works and services, with travel between sites and supplier locations.

You will lead tender processes, manage supplier relationships and drive cost savings while ensuring governance and compliance. A degree or equivalent and CIPS qualification (desirable) are preferred, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
