Frontline Station Host & Customer Care Specialist

Chiltern Railways is seeking a General Station Host at Leamington Spa Station to maintain a welcoming, well-presented environment and assist customers at ticket barriers, via self-service machines, and in the booking hall.

You will ensure the station’s appearance and cleanliness, promote TVMs, deliver high standards of customer care, manage notices and posters, assist new staff, handle cash when required, and follow safety plans and uniform guidelines.
