Health & Safety Lead & Senior Site Caretaker (Year-Round)

Argyle House School in Sunderland is seeking a Senior Caretaker / Health & Safety Lead to ensure the health and safety of the school and site, and to meet all statutory requirements. You will work as part of a team and be responsible for the security of the school site.

You will coordinate a programme of maintenance and grounds work, with a 37.5-hour week and a salary of £27,000–£30,000 depending on experience. The role involves rota-based scheduling and safeguarding the school environment.
