Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end planning for high-value construction projects, ensuring schedules align with client objectives. You will work with cross-functional teams, deliver robust master schedules, and provide clear performance reporting. You’ll use Primavera P6 and Tableau to manage multi-project environments and communicate risks and milestones to stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Coordinate planning sessions with clients and vendors to develop and basel ine master schedules and identify critical paths
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and execute construction schedules
- Produce and maintain construction program schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau across multiple projects
- Incorporate schedule data from vendors and contractors into planning systems and provide feedback
- Implement planning strategies, plans, and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles
- Interface with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity
- Prepare progress and status reports for clients, including monthly project reporting and look-ahead schedules
- Conduct schedule analyses (critical path, risk) and highlight variances with corrective actions
- Monitor potential issues delaying the schedule and communicate impact to stakeholders
Key requirements
- Advanced skills in Primavera P6
- Strong MS Office proficiency
- Experience determining corrective actions from data
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
