Healthcare Logistics & Order Administrator

Baxter Healthcare is recruiting for an administrator to support the Forwards team at our National Distribution Site in Northampton, with a move to a new CEVA Logistics facility in Corby planned for 2027. The role is site-based, Monday to Friday, 9am–9pm, offering around £28,000 per year.

You will raise orders, check processing, and resolve queries to ensure accurate orders for MIS customers across the UK and ROI, while maintaining detailed records and supporting cross-functional teams.
