Head of Compliance Governance & Reporting

SWIFT is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance professional to lead governance, reporting and regulatory-change initiatives. You will own board-level reporting, develop governance frameworks, and drive data-driven insight across Legal, Compliance and Risk teams.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and lead a small team to ensure timely, accurate reporting and a proactive view of risks and issues to Executive Management and the Supervisory Board.
