Adult Safeguarding Practitioner – Path to Social Work (Hybrid)

Somerset Council in Taunton is recruiting an Adult Social Care Practitioner to support safeguarding for adults and carers. You will analyse information, safeguard at-risk individuals and work under supervision to ensure people’s voices and outcomes stay central.
