Vita Student are launching four brand-new residences and seek a Maintenance Operative in Newcastle at Leazes Park Road to support premium student living. You will respond to maintenance requests across plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, lighting, and furniture, undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance, and conduct regular inspections to uphold building standards.
