Learning Operations Compliance Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Learning Operations Compliance Coordinator to help shape and support the delivery of exceptional learning experiences across our Engineering/FHS technical training team.

In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated Learning Support team, ensuring training operations run efficiently, compliance standards are met and learners receive an outstanding service. Combining strong supervisory and administrative expertise with a passion for continuous improvement, you’ll use data, insight and stakeholder collaboration to enhance learning processes and contribute to Heathrow’s Future Skills ambitions.
