Room Leader, Early Years — 4- or 5-day Week

Fennies Day Nurseries in Epsom is seeking a Room Leader to guide your room and deliver outstanding early years education. You will lead day-to-day operations, inspire your team, plan engaging activities aligned with EYFS and Birth to 5 Matters, and foster strong partnerships with families.

This role offers a competitive salary up to £33,000, with a potential £1,500 bonus, a 4- or 5-day week, a comprehensive pension, and a £500 referral bonus, plus wellbeing support and targeted development
