Ward Security Limited is seeking a People Coordinator to join the busy People Team at Ward Security HQ in Chatham. The role focuses on providing a professional and responsive service to employees, managers and external stakeholders, with hands-on exposure to a wide range of People activities.

You will handle the People inbox, provide day-to-day administrative support, coordinate meetings and onboarding, and produce reports while ensuring data accuracy.
