Responsibilities

• Provide tailored corporate solutions across the full range of activity (M&A, JV, scale-ups, funding, public listings, private equity, restructuring)
• Collaborate with high-profile clients from multinational companies to start-ups
• Develop and nurture client relationships to support the firm’s reputation as a market leader
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, value-adding advice and technical excellence

Key requirements

• 1+ year PQE in Corporate
• Experience in M&A, private equity, and JV transactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills
